The Red Oaks School, incorporated in 1965 as Montessori Children's House School of Morristown, is a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) Tax Exempt New Jersey educational corporation, governed by a Board of Trustees. As a not-for-profit organization, the Board has a set of by-laws which define operational procedures.

Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSACS).

independent private school serving students from early childhood through 6th grade.

ROS is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
